A Personal Note from Makzy’s
Every item we send is a piece of wearable art, handmade with passion and care just for you. We treat each order as something special. Thank you for supporting our craft and trusting us to bring a little more art into your life.
Return Policy
We hope you love your Makzy’s item, but if it’s not quite what you expected, no worries. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After approval of your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that your item is:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unworn and unused.
- Packed in its original inner packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase with order number.
Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label after approval of your return, a fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Make a Return
To start a return via your account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the "Orders" section.
- Select the order you'd want to return.
- Click on the "Request Refund" button for that order and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your return request.
If you can’t make a return via your account, please send us an email at connect@makzys.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please ensure that your return is properly packaged and sent via a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipment.
Exchanges
Want to swap your item for a different size, style, or color? There are two ways to do so:

Order & Return
The fastest way to get what you want is to simply place a new order for the item you’d like, and return the original item following our return process. That way, your new item is on its way while we handle your return.

Exchange after return
You can also choose to exchange your item. Just send it back to us, and once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll ship the new item to you. Let us know your preference via email at connect@makzys.com or during the return request process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at connect@makzys.com.We’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Please report any issues within 14 days of receiving your order. If you contact us after this period, we won’t be able to offer a replacement or compensation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Custom products or personalized items (e.g., customized clothing with names, logos, or prints). Because these are made especially for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Hygiene products or undergarments cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- Sale items or discounted items. These are excluded from returns unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Gift cards, which are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return and refund request has been approved or rejected. Please note that we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item (e.g., if the item is damaged, worn, or has missing tags).
If approved, we will process your refund automatically using your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and processed your return.
For all other refunds (such as cancellations or refunds not related to returns), please allow up to 10 business days for processing as well.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at connect@makzys.com.
