Every item we send is a piece of wearable art, handmade with passion and care just for you. We treat each order as something special. Thank you for supporting our craft and trusting us to bring a little more art into your life.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully handmade and personally packed by us at Makzy’s. Because each item is crafted with care, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be longer, but we’ll always keep you informed via email if there’s a delay.

Shipping Countries

We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands. Shipping to other countries in Europe is available upon request. Please contact us at connect@makzys.com for more information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the courier’s schedule once your package leaves our hands.

How to Track your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your unique item’s journey right to your door via the courier's website.

Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at connect@makzys.com. If a package is not collected and returned to us, handling will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Damaged Packages
